Yes, we offer a complete sample development process prior to bulk production. This includes pattern making, fabric sourcing and trim selection, and prototype creation to ensure the final product meets your design and quality expectations. We typically provide multiple rounds of sampling, from initial prototype to pre-production sample, so you can review fit, construction, and finishing details before proceeding to mass production. This step is essential for confirming specifications and avoiding any issues during bulk manufacturing.

Product quality is maintained through a multi-stage inspection process, including initial fabric and trim verification, in-line production checks, and final quality control prior to packing. All procedures adhere to internationally recognized AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards or specific buyer requirements. Comprehensive reports and approvals are secured at each stage to ensure compliance with agreed-upon specifications before shipment.

While production timelines vary depending on product type, order quantity, fabric availability, and customization requirements, most projects typically range from 10 to 16 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. This includes fabric and trim sourcing, sample approval, bulk production, quality control, and packaging, as well as international shipping coordination. For repeat styles or less complex products, lead times can be shorter, while highly customized items may require additional time. After reviewing your specifications, we will provide a detailed production schedule tailored to your requirements.

International shipping services are available and can be arranged according to the client’s preferred method (air or sea freight). Our responsibilities include preparing export documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with applicable customs regulations. Shipping terms, costs, and delivery timelines will be confirmed during order finalization in alignment with agreed Incoterms.

All client designs, specifications, and proprietary information are regarded as strictly confidential and are used exclusively for the production of the client’s order. Non-disclosure can be formalized through a written agreement upon request. No information will be shared with third parties without prior written consent from the client.
